NEW~ Meditation Sitting Monday nights starting February 2, Led by Lisa Carton


Free and open to all, donations to the Left Bank appreciated-

chairs, cushions and yoga blankets available, but bring your own cushion if you'd like--


We will  begin by following a simple format of sitting silently for 20 minutes followed by a brief reading, and resuming silence for another 20 minutes. Brief instruction/guidance will be offered upon request and there will be time after for discussing our practice if people choose.
